What is Charon?+
Charon is the name of the store and the brand being developed for future original designs. The current Original Harry Potter Collection is presented as a separate collection within the store.
Is the Original Harry Potter Collection branded as Charon?+
No. The collection keeps its own name, maker information and Shopify product descriptions. Charon provides the website, navigation, basket and checkout experience.
Who makes the products?+
The maker recorded in Shopify is shown on each product page. Where the catalogue identifies Lochaven of Scotland, that name is displayed clearly.
Do you use cast photographs or film stills?+
No. The website uses product imagery supplied through the Shopify catalogue. It does not use cast photography, film stills or unrelated promotional artwork.
Are product descriptions rewritten?+
No. Product descriptions are rendered from Shopify so that the wording, options, provenance and delivery information remain consistent with the source catalogue.
How is shipping charged?+
Shipping is calculated at checkout. UK orders over £200 and international orders over £500 qualify for shipping at no additional charge, provided the order meets the configured shipping conditions.
Where can I see the delivery time?+
The relevant production, dispatch or delivery timescale is shown on the individual product page. Please read it before ordering.
Do you offer routine discounts?+
The website does not use routine reduction messaging or comparisons with other brands. Current product prices are taken directly from Shopify.
Can I order from outside the United Kingdom?+
International checkout is available for destinations supported by the store. Available delivery options and charges are shown during checkout.
How do returns work?+
The current refund policy applies. Read the Delivery & Returns page and the full Refund Policy before sending an item back.
How do I ask about a product before ordering?+
Use the Contact page and include the full product name, the option or size you are considering, your destination and any date you need the order by.
